30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy
JerseyKoozie.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jersey koozie
purchased from our website. Simply return the item in the Original Packaging in
New Condition.. If you receive a damaged, incorrect image design or it does not
represent the image design ordered, you can return any item in its original
condition for a full reimbursement or exchange with in 30 days of
purchase.
When returning an item, please complete the RETURN FORM and be sure
to include a copy of the original dated invoice and an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number required as long as the return meets the requirements as
stated below. Custom printed orders, special clearance, auction, discounted
items or closeout items can not be returned or canceled. The Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance, shipping charges are
not reimbursementable unless you receive a damaged, incorrect image design or it
does not represent the image design ordered. Items received after the 30 day
return period will not be accepted for return.
Items that are returned used, soiled, dirty or smell like smoke can not be
accepted for return, reimbursement or exchange. Failure to provide all necessary
return request data and materials may result in denial of the reimbursement or
exchange. All orders are considered final after 30 days.
If you never received a package or it is incomplete you have to notify us and
fill out a freight claim form within 30 days of ordering for us to file a claim
with the shipping company. If we do not get this form will not be able to file a
claim with the shipping company and we will not be able to reimbursement or
exchange the order.
All products will become the property of JerseyKoozie.com regardless of final
reimbursement decision. In the event that you return a reimbursement request to
JerseyKoozie.com that fails to meet reimbursement requirements covered under the
terms of the Money Back Guarantee Policy, you must cooperate with
JerseyKoozie.com's final decision in honoring your request. All decisions are
final and there are no appeals.

Reimbursement, Returns and exchanges can be made within these guidelines.
How To Return A ProductIf you need to return a product, just follow these
steps:
- Request your Return Authorization Number.
- Carefully repack the item(s), along with all related material. Be sure to
include the Return Authorization number and printout of the website page
purchase receipt, email, and/or invoice on which the item on the returned
package.
- Please ship your item to our receiving center at: 40-51 Denman St. Suite
684, Elmhurst, NY 11373.
Once your items are received, they will then be reviewed by our Quality Control
department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your reimbursement,
return or exchange within seven business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly
packaged will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been
resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for reimbursement,
return or exchange.
The above policies are binding on all orders and can not be changed verbally by
phone or written by e-mail. To avoid any confusion, customer service
representatives can not change these policies.
Additional terms:
- Fraud. Under no circumstances will JerseyKoozie.com grant return, reimburse
or exchange requests in the event of fraud or misrepresentation by the buyer. In
addition, fees will not be reimbursementable in cases of fraud.
- Exercise of Judgment. Buyers are expected to exercise due diligence and
prudent judgment to avoid or reduce any damage to the covered products. No
person or entity other than the buyer shall have any legal or equitable right,
remedy, or claim for reimbursement, return or exchange under or arising out of
this Guarantee.
- Shipment of goods to JerseyKoozie.com. JerseyKoozie.com will request that
buyers bear the cost of shipment of the products in question to its Guarantee
processing center. Merchandise must be shipped using a shipping service that
uses online tracking. Upon receiving requests, JerseyKoozie.com assumes
ownership of the goods.
- Transfer of Rights. By filing a reimbursement, return or exchange request,
the buyer transfers to JerseyKoozie.com the right to receive the good. After a
reimbursement, return or exchange request is received, the buyer transfers to
JerseyKoozie.com all rights and remedies against any party with respect to the
merchandise. In addition to transferring these rights, the buyer must provide
JerseyKoozie.com with any assistance necessary to secure his or her rights and
remedies and must do nothing that would jeopardize securing those rights and
remedies.
- Payment of Reimbursement Requests. JerseyKoozie.com reserves the right to
grant full, partial or deny payment of reimbursement requests in cases where the
buyer's reimbursement request or merchandise is incomplete. Incomplete cases do
not obligate JerseyKoozie.com to approve reimbursement payment. All
reimbursement requests will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.
- No rights provided under JerseyKoozie.com's Money Back Guarantee may be
transferred without the prior written consent of JerseyKoozie.com or its parent
company SlideshowMedia.Net.
- All Decisions are Final. All reimbursement, return or exchange request
decisions made by JerseyKoozie.com are final and cannot be
appealed.
Please note: We reserve the right to charge a standard 20%
restocking fee if the reimbursement, return or exchange procedures listed above
are not followed...liability for lost, or damaged, items belongs to the
customer, so please pack everything well, and insure your package for its
replacement cost.
Buyer requirements. Each consumer may only file a maximum
of 1 Guarantee reimbursement, return or exchange requests in a given six-month
period. JerseyKoozie.com reserves the right not to offer reimbursement, return
or exchange to specific buyers if any prior reimbursement, return or exchange
requests have been denied.
