How do I check my Order status?

  • Check the status of your order by visiting your Order Status page. When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has been in transit or production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel free to Contact Us for further assistance.

What is the return and exchange policy?
  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect image design or it does not represent the image design ordered, you can return. For reimbursement, returns and exchanges read our Return Policy and fill out our request form.

How do I change my order?
  • If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request depending on your order's status in production. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the product number of the item you wish to alter/add to ensure accuracy.

Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we do ship to most international locations. All orders are shipped via UPS and take anywhere from 8 to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. Please refer to the following link for our international shipping prices and delivery times: Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
  • In-stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 pm ET will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days. Custom could take longer. What is the cancellation order policy?
  • Once an order has entered the manufacturing process, it can no longer be cancelled. Orders can however be cancelled while in the pending section by filling the Cancellation Order Form
